A total of 15 officers, 37 other ranks, and 6 civilian staff participated in the Handover Parade Ceremony for the Commandant of the Malaysian Peacekeeping Centre (MPC). The parade was led by Mej Mohd Fauzi bin Ismail. During the ceremony, Kol Noor Azman bin Haji Yahya, the outgoing Commandant, officially handed over the duties and responsibilities to the incoming Commandant, Kol Mohd Rizman bin Haji Ramli.

The event was graced by Brig Jen Dato' Abdul Halim bin Abu Hassan RMAF, who represented the Assistant Chief of Staff, Defence Operations and Training, Malaysian Armed Forces, and witnessed the formal handover.

Kol Noor Azman bin Haji Yahya served as the Commandant from 14th September 2023 until 6th January 2025. Following his tenure, he is set to further his studies in The National Resilience Course Cohort 2025, commencing on 6th January 2025.

Kol Mohd Rizman bin Haji Ramli, the 16th Commandant of MPC, brings with him extensive experience, having previously served at the Army Field Command East.
